Thank you for shopping with Futo Studio. Please review our shipping policy below for information on processing times, delivery, and tracking.
Order Processing
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours of purchase.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Delivery Times
Orders generally arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may be longer for areas outside of metro Sydney or Melbourne.
Postage Costs
Postage costs are calculated at checkout and will vary based on your delivery address and order weight.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or freight forwarding addresses.
Please provide a physical street address at checkout to ensure successful delivery.
International Shipping
At this stage, we only ship within Australia.

Order Cancellations
You cannot cancel your order directly once it’s placed.
However, if you’d like to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@futostudio.com.au
Please note that orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed and shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to guarantee cancellation.
Address Changes
If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@futostudio.com.au
Address changes can only be made before the order has been shipped. After shipment, we cannot modify delivery details. Please ensure you check your delivery address prior to placing order.
