ORDER AND SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)

  • How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note your tracking number can take up to 24-48 hours to update.

  • How long will it take my parcel to arrive?

We aim to dispatch orders within 24-48 hours. Orders generally arrive three to five business days after dispatch, however may take longer for areas outside of metro areas of Sydney or Melbourne.

  • How much is postage?

Your postage will be calculated at checkout.

  • Can I ship my order to a post office box, APO or FPO address?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O boxes, APO, FPO or freight forwarding addresses.

  • Do you ship internationally? (Outside of AU)

We are still working on shipping and delivery outside of Australia, we hope to support this soon so please check back!

  • Can I cancel my order?

You cannot cancel or your order yourself, but of course we can help you.

Please note that the order can only be cancelled before it has been processed and shipped. After this, we cannot guarantee a cancellation.

  • I have added an incorrect shipping address to my order, how can I change it?

If you wish to change your shipping address, please contact us here

Your order's shipping address can only be changed before the order has been shipped. After this, we cannot guarantee a cancellation.

RETURNS OR REPLACEMENT (AUSTRALIA)

  • My order is damaged or broken

While we make every attempt to ensure your order arrives complete, and in undamaged condition, occasionally this does happen. You must contact us at info@futostudio.com within 48 hours of receiving the goods to show proof of damaged or faulty condition.

We will then provide the postage details for the return of the faulty or damaged goods, which will be at no charge to you and issue a replacement.

  • I would like to return my order

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Please go to our contacts page here. 

All goods must be received back by us in new and unused condition, including packaging.

A small restocking fee of 3% and a fixed rate return shipping of $20 will apply. We will provide a return post label with tracking.

USING MY NEW CLOCK

  • How do I adjust/use my clock?

First insert a fresh AA battery. The battery compartment is located at the back of the clock.

Turn the red dial to adjust the time accordingly.

Ensure that you have a secure hook or nail on the wall to hang.

  • How do I care for or clean my clock?

We would recommend you clean or dust with a microfibre cloth, hang indoors with a secure nail or wall hook. 

Keep the clock in a stable, dry environment, avoid direct sunlight, high humidity or extreme temperature changes, and keep away from fireplaces or heating vents to prevent damage.
